This delicious microlot of coffee comes smallholder farmers in the Adola district in Guji, Oromia. As it is grown at such a high altitude the cherries mature much slower. The cherries were hand sorted and then processed at the Messina mill, which is owned by Israel Degfa. Israel is known for his attention to detail and the results in the cup speak for themselves.
