This honey process microlot of the rare pink bourbon varietal comes from producer Luis Anibal Calderon. At his farm, Finca Villa Betulia, in Acevedo, these cherries were carefully hand picked for ripeness and then exposed to a controlled dry fermentation for 15 hours, before being pulped and dried in the honey process style. This is the 3rd year we have featured coffees from this talented producer.
