Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Delano Specialty Coffee, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us via our website for either a replacement or credit note. If the purchase goods are faulty, you will receive a full refund upon return of goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

In the email, please include your:

  • Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • The items you'll be returning
  • Reason for the return


Return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: 85 MONTAGUE ST NORTH WOLLONGONG, NSW, 2500.

 

 

    Shipping

    Australia Wide Delivery

    All purchases will be packed within three business days of your order. We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays, and deliver using a combination of Australia Post and for larger items other couriers. We can ship to PO Boxes, residential and commercial premises.

    Generally you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days, and delivery to more remote regional areas will probably take longer. Please note these are only estimates— delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

    Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at shop@delanocoffee.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.

     

    Local Pickup

     

    If you have selected Local Pickup then once your order is ready to go, you will receive a notification via email. Only once the notification is sent, will the order be ready at Delano Specialty Coffee - 85 Montague St, North Wollongong, NSW
