Can I return my purchase?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Delano Specialty Coffee, so we have a 14 day return policy. We can send you a replacement or you can accept a credit note. If the purchase goods are faulty, you will receive a full refund upon return of goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All purchases will be packed within three business days of your order. We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays, and deliver using a combination of Australia Post and for larger items other couriers. We can ship to PO Boxes, residential and commercial premises.

Generally you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days, and delivery to more remote regional areas will probably take longer. Please note these are only estimates— delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

How do I return my purchase?

Please email us via our website. In the email, please include your:

- Name

- Date of purchase

- Order number

- The items you'll be returning

- Reason for the return


Return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: 85 MONTAGUE ST NORTH WOLLONGONG, NSW, 2500.

I haven't received my order!

We'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at shop@delanocoffee.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship within Australia. There are probably some awesome independent coffee specialty roasters in your country you can support though.
