We deliver to pretty much everywhere in Australia. This includes residential and business addresses. We don’t ship internationally. We can deliver to POBoxes (Max order size 5kg. No EK43’s… Sorry). For most locations and orders your order is projected to arrive within 24-48 hours from time of dispatch (monday to friday). Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped out by the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship by the following Monday. Rural deliveries typically take an extra 2-5 days (depending on location)
Delano Coffee may accept return of goods for credit provided that the goods are returned within 3 working days of receipt. In the case of coffee beans, credit for returns will be given only if the goods are returned immediately upon receipt, and are sealed within the original packaging they came in. If you have reason to suspect the goods may be faulty please contact our customer service team on 1300 335 266 as soon as is possible. If goods are found to be faulty under ACL then we will first replace them, or if this is not possible refund the cost of the item.

Every order you place will generate an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive a final email confirming the dispatch of your coffee order. We will also get in touch with you (via phone or email) if we anticipate any delays with your order or if we are unexpectedly out of stock of a particular item. We also periodically send out an email newsletter.
