Harfursa G1 Natural
This lot of coffee was grown by smallholder farmers living around the kabele (town) of Hafursa in Gedeo County, Yirgacheffe region. It was processed naturally at the local mill which is run by Primrose coffee. Whilst for the farmers around this mill coffee is a secondary crop, Primrose pays a cash premium, well above other mills for ripe red cherries, which results in spectacular microlots of coffee from this mill.
