This lot of coffee is a selection of Peaberry from the Yirgacheffe region. It was processed naturally at the local mill which is owned and run by Primrose coffee. During the development of the coffee cherry two seeds normally form, however in about 5% of cherries a single seed forms and it is round in shape like a pea, hence the name Peaberry.
